JULY IS HERE
Please take the time to remember our forefathers who died for our country and our troops overseas! Enjoy time with friends and family. Happy 4th of July, Independence day!
CLOSED HOLIDAY:
As per signed contracts, the daycare will take a closed paid holiday on Thursday, July 4th for Independence Day. We will be open Friday, July 5th.
WELCOME
We have had many children leaving us this summer and many new faces coming in. Please make our newcomers feel welcome.
Logan 4 yrs and Kyson 2 yrs, our 2 other grandchildren joined us in June 2 days a week! Their parents are Landon and Krystal Middleton.
Noah, 2 yrs also joined us 2 days a week. His parents are Brian and Ashley Lesley. They split a spot with the Middleton family! J
Bryn, 1 yr joined us 2 days a week. His parents are Traz and Lanie Hill. He took Dominics spot and is sharing it with Everly till she goes off to school in the fall. J
Briar, almost 1 yr, but already walking, is joining us Tuesday, July 2nd. His parents are Bergandy Holt and Scotty Pearce. He took Adians spot.
The last August spot is pending this Friday’s interview.
PARENT & CHILD ART:
Attached is a Star, Please decorate it with your child, put their name on the back. Bring it back to be displayed in the daycare. Once returned, they may choose something out of the treasure box. The children love to see their art work on the wall. Thanks for helping them.
BIRTHDAY
Logan is turning 5 yrs. old, Wednesday, July 10th. I will provide a party snack/gift at 245pm on Tuesday, July 9th.
Nason is turning 3 yrs. old, Wednesday, July 24th. I will provide a party snack/gift at 245pm.
Briar is turning 1 yr. old, Tuesday, July 30th. I will provide a party snack/gift at 245pm.
ABEKA CURRICULUM: BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 6th
I am very excited to announce that I have ordered a new curriculum. Abeka Curriculum is Christian based and is geared for each child’s appropriate development! This curriculum focuses on skills that will better prepare your child for school. I will continue with the Academics I already teach yearly: Letter/Color/Number/Shape/Spanish & Sign Language words/Weekly Bible Story/Weekly Memory Verses and more! They will continue to learn the American and Christian pledge, a love for Jesus and so much more!
IN CLOSING
Children will not remember the material things you provided, but rather the time you spent with them.
